Programming Motorola Talkabout privacy codes

Good morning everyone. I just purchased the Pofung F17 with programming cable. I am now trying to figure out how do I program the Privacy codes for it to work with the Motorola Talkabout series. When I hook it up to chirp I don't even see it as an option for a radio under the baofeng heading. Is there a specific software for this radio?
